WHERE CAN I BUY Technocases by Technopartner PRODUCTS?

Technocases by Technopartner products can be purchased directly online at www.technocases.it.
Choose the products, add them to the shopping cart and follow the purchase procedure to complete your order, choose the type of payment and confirm the transaction.

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, online prices include VAT.

HOW TO FILL THE CART?

Once you have clicked on the product you wish to purchase you will be taken to its product page with all the details. You can select the quantities and click on "Add to basket" to place the product in your basket. You can then choose whether to complete your order and pay or continue shopping in the online shop.

HOW DO I GET TO THE CHECKOUT?

Once you have selected and added the products to the trolley you can proceed to enter the required data and choose the payment method you prefer: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. All the financial information required for the transaction will be transmitted, via encrypted protocol, to our partner banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?

No, there is no minimum order amount.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At Technocases online shop we accept the credit cards of the following circuits: Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International and JCB.

HOW DOES PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER WORK?

If you choose to shop on Technocases online shop paying by Bank Transfer, remember to make the payment within 3 days from the date of your order. After this period, if you do not pay by bank transfer, your order will be cancelled. Below you will find the data to make the payment by bank transfer:

HOW DO I GET THE BILL FOR MY ORDER?

If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, please request it during the checkout process before proceeding to payment. Simply click on "I would like to receive an invoice" and enter your tax information. A copy of the invoice will be included in your package and you can request the digital version by emailing customer service.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order at the email address you used when purchasing. If you do not receive the email, check the Junk or Spam folder of your email account and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder. If you have received confirmation of payment from your bank, but not from the shop, you will also receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.

WHERE IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENTS FROM Technocases by Technopartner?

We ship throughout Italy (including the islands), Europe and worldwide.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The actual shipping costs can be viewed at checkout by entering all destination data.

ARE THERE CUSTOMS COSTS FOR FOREIGN SHIPMENTS?

Shipments to countries outside the European Union area may be subject to customs charges which are established by the customs of the country of destination. For the above-mentioned countries, New Works Webtech Srl cannot foresee the amount of these charges, which shall be borne by the purchaser and shall be paid upon delivery of the products, directly to the competent tax or customs authorities or to the courier in charge of delivery.

CAN I CHOOSE TO SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Of course, you can enter a different delivery address during the checkout process. Once the order has been paid for and the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the chosen delivery address.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Depending on the place of dispatch and the quantity of products, different packaging systems are used to ensure that they are transported in top condition.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

In Italy, delivery typically takes place within two working days from receipt of the dispatch notification email, but may be delayed due to difficulties in reaching certain geographical areas or unavailability of the product or the recipient.
In Europe, delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

When your order is taken over by the courier, you will receive an email at the address indicated during the purchase process or a text message with the tracking link to monitor the shipment. Through the website of the courier that has taken charge of the shipment, you can always check where your order is.
If you have not received the email, check the Junk or Spam folder of your email inbox.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PACK IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

If you receive parcels from the courier with sender Technocases online shop visibly damaged, broken or stained please return the shipment to the sender. We will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. If the shipment consists of several packages and not all of them are damaged, please return the damaged package to the sender by signing the carrier's delivery note "subject to reservations". Also in this case Technocases online shop will return the damaged package and replace it. Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the return of the new one are at Technocases online shop's charge.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PRODUCTS INSIDE ARE DAMAGED?

Please notify customer service promptly by email at customercare@technocases.it, reporting the problem and sending us pictures of the products if possible. You will receive assistance in solving the problem.
